I had a great experience at this resort, nestled amongst the palm trees by the Sirivani river. The staff was genuinely kind and attentive, especially Debashish who made sure we enjoyed our meals. While the location is beautiful and serene, the rooms are in need of some renovations and felt compact, which detracted from the overall comfort. Dining was delightful with delicious food served, but the service regarding advance food vouchers was quite frustrating.

However, the dining options could use some improvement, especially in terms of variety. Also, some amenities, like the parking area, need better upkeep.
